Yes, since the winner is determined by chance.   Are my winnings easily redeemable? With LLDJ there is no risk of losing your winnings. We will immediately grant you your winnings on the simple presentation of a winning ticket.   Where can I collect my winnings? Provided that you hold a winning ticket, your winnings are redeemable at all LLDJ points of sale where the winning amount limits are: LOTO: Jackpots from the 4th and 5th category Scratch Card Division: 400,000LL YANASSEEB: 400,000LL For winnings exceeding the above amounts, please refer to the LLDJ Headquarters at 812 Tabaris, Avenue Charles Malek, Ashrafieh – PO Box: 11-988-Lebanon.   In case my ticket is lost or stolen, can any one other than myself collect the winnings? LLDJ only recognizes one winner: the holder of the winning ticket.   How long do I have to collect my winnings? The prizes are valid for a period of: LOTO: 4 months, counting from the draw date of the ticket in question. Scratch Cards: 4 months counting from the selling limit date, which will be published in 3 different local dailies. Yanasseeb: 4 months, counting from the draw date of the ticket in question. Following this period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and issued to the national treasury.    Are the winnings taxable? Yes, in all the games a 10% tax is paid to the state if the winnings exceed five times the amount invested.       PRODUCT FAQs     How fair are the LOTO and Yanasseeb draws? Very. The production of the cards is done under rigorous guidelines, established in terms and conditions booklets authorized by the Ministry of Finance.The processes of production, validation, control and consistency, as well as quality and importation are entirely secured, supervised by international monitoring firms and verification mandates from the Ministry of Finance. The LLDJ signed a supply contract with Oberthur Gaming Technologies in  Montreal, a member of the Oberthur group – one of the worldwide leaders  in secure printing (monetary bills, passports, lottery tickets…etc.)
